At TovanaBloom, we are committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality advisory services designed to create meaningful impact. Because our work involves personalized strategy, research, and relationship-based consulting, significant time and preparation go into each engagement.
Consulting Services
All consulting, strategy, and advisory fees—including deposits for sessions, retainers, or project engagements—are non-refundable once services have begun or deliverables have been produced.If you wish to cancel before any consulting work has started, we may issue a partial refund minus administrative or scheduling costs, typically 10–20% of the total fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within less than 72 hours may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session, depending on the engagement type.
Service Quality and Client Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your experience, please contact us within seven (7) days of service delivery. We will review your case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution—this may include additional support, revisions, or service credit toward future sessions.
